Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AcademyAI (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Description of service
AcademyAI provides an AI capability platform including diagnostics, assessments, learning content, and reporting dashboards. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time to improve the Services.
Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
- Access the Services by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data without authorisation.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in an order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, effective at your next renewal.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by AcademyAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services in accordance with these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcademyAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required to protect the Services or other users. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, subject to provisions that survive by their nature.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AcademyAI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Changes to terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
