We're building something
worth joining

AcademyAI is an experienced team building the AI capability platform for modern organisations. We're not actively hiring today, but we're expanding soon, and we're always interested in meeting sharp people who want to be part of it. If that sounds like you, tell us about yourself.

What we care about

Three things that shape how we work.

Specific, not generic.

We build for real roles doing real work. Generic is the enemy of useful, and we apply that same standard to everything we ship.

Proof, not vibes.

We measure what we build. If we can't show evidence it worked, it didn't. That applies to product, to hiring, and to how we run the company.

Small team, real ownership.

We're a small team where everyone's work matters. You'll own things end to end and see the impact of your decisions directly.
